    Mark Semeraro is the managing and founding partner of Semeraro & Fahrney, LLC.

    From the very beginning of his career, Mr. Semeraro litigated virtually every type of personal injury and employment law matter, and has encountered virtually every scenario.

    In recent years he has focused this experience and attention on serious and substantial claims of personal injury and employment law as well as real estate development and redevelopment matters.


    Mark has had a long and distinguished career spanning over 30 years which included being a partner in some of the states most prestigious law firms, including Kaufman, Semeraro & Leibman, LLP.

    Of recent, Mr. Semeraro has regularly secured multi-million dollar settlements in personal injury and/or employment law and has secured substantial land use and redevelopment approvals each and every year.

    A lifelong Wayne, New Jersey resident, and the son of a contractor, he learned to read blueprints of an early age, and that experience never left him. Over the last 15 years, a large part of his practice has focused on real estate development and redevelopment where he represents New Jersey’s largest property owners and real estate developers in all sectors of development: commercial, retail, office, industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects. This substantial experience is in both land-use and redevelopment law and he has compiled an impressive list of approvals relative to the same.

    Mr. Semeraro is very politically and governmentally active throughout the state of New Jersey. For over 20 years, he has regularly represented various municipalities, counties and public authorities throughout the state of New Jersey, including his hometown of Wayne, New Jersey.

    He also regularly handles complex litigation matters on that behalf of both public and private sector, clients and successfully defended the borough of Ringwood in a class action lawsuit involving over 600 plaintiffs who claimed to be victim of a toxic waste exposure. The litigation initially asserted $1 billion demand, and was the subject of an HBO documentary, entitled Toxic Legacy.
